We had a call from Dana who like me and many of our customers found herself and her family suddenly a care giver for their family pet Dash who had a sudden onset of the paralyzation.

Hi Andrew — thanks for shipping so quickly! I was in a bit of a panic because of the sudden onset of the paralyzation, but actually just took the cart out of its package today … I decided to go the chiropractic route with Dash and the doctor advised against using it for the first little bit. We are 2 wks in now, so I used
it today and was happy with how quickly he took to it!
The vet who referred me to your company is Anderson Vet Clinic, here in Penticton.
I am seeing that I will need a ‘drag bag’ for Dash though and was hoping to order one from you.
Maybe I’ll just order that through the website though.
