Dosing: 0.5 ml (half an eye dropper) twice a day. You can mix it in their food or feed it to them orally. This is sufficient for most ailments, but if you find your pet not responding within 2 weeks you can increase the amount by .25mg (1/4 of an eye dropper) every three days until you notice a positive response.

Our Story
A few years ago a functional medicine practitioner recommended we start taking CBDs. We’d never heard of them, so we did some research and ordered from the USA because we couldn’t find any for sale in Canada. After a couple of months using them my knees and shoulder didn’t hurt and my sleep improved. I just felt good. Joanne started taking them as well for sleep, which improved dramatically. I was taking a Tylenol and ibuprofen 3 times a day for pain. I haven’t had to take them for my knees or shoulder in years. We were so impressed we decided to start a small company in 2018 so that we could help others.

What is CBD Oil?
Cannabidiols, or CBDs for short, are derived from the industrial hemp plant and contain 0% THC so there are absolutely no psychoactive effects. What are CBG and CBN?
CBG (SHORT FOR CANNABIGEROL)
Often referred to as “THE MOTHER OF ALL CANNABINOIDS” this is not to say it is superior to other cannabinoids but rather it is produced first by the hemp plant, then converted into other cannabinoids as the plant ages. So really CBG is responsible for the creation of CBD, THC, CDC, and so on.
Although still in its infancy studies are suggesting CBG may help with promoting new brain cell growth, reduce inflammation, stimulate bone growth, relieve pain, have potential antibacterial and anti-tumor properties, help with skin conditions, glaucoma, also like its counterpart CBD, is also showing possible benefits for depression, stress, and anxiety.
CBN (SHORT FOR CANNABINOL)
CBN is often referred to as the ‘RELAXING CANNABINOID” because studies have shown it may help in relaxation and help users fall asleep. The difference between CBN and other sleep aids is that it is all-natural and will not cause grogginess in the morning. Also, studies are showing promising uses for CBN for anti-inflammatory, increasing appetite, bone formation and healing, and anti-bacterial.
CBN is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp plants (CBNA). In order to extract it, the plants are aged, oxidized, exposed to UV light, and decarboxylated (heated up at low temperatures).

How Much Do I Take?
If you are considering this for yourself, To achieve the best results we suggest you use the following method to determine your ideal dosage and strength. Starting with a 600 mg strength bottle, take 0.25 ml (a quarter of the 1 ml dropper) and place it under your tongue once a day for 3 days. Increase the amount by 0.25 ml every 3 days until you reach the desired effects you are looking for (better sleep, pain relief, reduced anxiety, etc).

- Days 1 – 3, take 0.25 ml
- Days 4 – 6, take 0.50 ml
- Days 7 – 9, take 0.75 ml
- Days 10 -12, take 1.0 ml
- Days 13-15, take 1.25 ml etc.
- Continue increasing the amount every 3 days until you are happy with the results.
You don’t have to take your oil all at once. You can split it up during the day if you like. For example: If you take 1 ml per day you can split it into 0.5 ml in the morning and 0.5 ml at night.
It is very important that you take it every day and continue increasing the amount until you get the results you are looking for. When you are happy with the results, we will be able to determine what strength is needed so that your bottle will last one month.
Are There Side Effects? Can I Overdose?
